The countdown is on to the 60 Second Film Festival, an online competition hosted by the Baltimore High School Film Festival (BHFF) and open for all Maryland students in Grades 9-12.
Everything goes. It can be shot on a smart phone, tablet, camcorder, DSLR, whatever device that will record moving images. There are no content restrictions, except the video has to be 60 seconds long and without excessive violence, nudity, and cursing (PG-13).
